How to sign a PDF on iPhone
If you need to return a form or document, you can add a visual signature to a PDF from your iPhone. AutoSign lets you create a handwritten-style signature from your name or draw one, place it on a PDF, and export the result.
Install AutoSign and have the PDF available in Files or another location you can access from the document picker.
Get AutoSign1. Create your signature
Open AutoSign and choose a style. Tap the style you want, then enter your name to generate a signature. If you prefer to write it yourself, switch to Hand Drawing and draw on the canvas. Review the result before continuing.
2. Open the PDF
From your signature result, tap Add to PDF. Choose the PDF you want to sign from the file picker. AutoSign opens the document so you can work on the selected page.
3. Place and size the signature
Drag the signature to the appropriate signing area. Adjust its size so it fits the document and does not cover nearby text, dates, or form fields. Check the page before applying it.
4. Save or share the signed PDF
Apply the signature, then save or share the resulting PDF from your device. Keep a copy of the original document if you may need to make changes later.
Does a signature image count as an electronic signature?
A signature image is a visual mark placed on a document. AutoSign does not confirm who signed, collect a signing ceremony, or create an audit trail. Acceptance and legal requirements depend on the document and situation, so check with the organization requesting your signature when needed.

Yes. Choose Hand Drawing in the signature creation screen and draw with your finger or a compatible stylus.
